Embark on a journey of strength and conditioning training designed for individuals aged five and above. With a commitment of at least 8 sessions per month, our program focuses on cultivating fundamental fitness skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Once athletes reach a qualifying standard, they transition to the JUNIOR+TEAM level. This phase introduces essential track and field training, featuring a minimum of 12 sessions per month. Our dedicated coaches guide athletes through skill enhancement and deeper athletic development.
Upon reaching the required benchmarks, athletes progress to the INTERMEDIATE TEAM stage. This level delves into advanced track and field training, comprising a minimum of 12 sessions per month. Our comprehensive coaching approach refines techniques and hones performance.
As athletes achieve the qualifying criteria, they ascend to the prestigious SENIOR team. Here, they immerse themselves in elite track and field training, dedicating a minimum of 16 sessions per month to enhance their performance level. Our program is tailored to push boundaries and elevate athletes to their highest potential.
